Shipping Policy

At Vasupradha Farms & Foods, we prioritize prompt and dependable delivery of your orders within domestic locations. We partner with trusted logistics companies such as Bluedart, ATS, and Delhivery Courier for handling local shipments. These partnerships ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely.

While we currently offer domestic shipping only, rest assured that your orders will be delivered free of charge within India. International shipping options are not available at this time.

Normal shipping estimates for domestic orders typically range between 5 to 7 business days. However, please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Refund:

At Vasupradha Farms & Foods, we uphold a strict policy regarding refunds due to the nature of our products. Please note the following terms and conditions:

– No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason once the product has been dispatched.

– No Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

– No Refunds After Dispatch: We do not offer refunds after dispatch.

– Product Exchange Only: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer product exchange only.

If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified time frame, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the canceled item(s), including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we request that you take videos and pictures of the product and contact us at vaaradhifarms@gmail.com within 1 day upon receiving the order.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched, subject to a small fee charged by the payment gateway provider and any applicable conversion charges.  For orders cancelled before dispatch, there may be payment gateway fees of 4%, and 2% other fees. Payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded with in 7 business days.

Payment Method

We have partnered with multiple payment gateways, with Phonepe being our preferred provider. We accept all major debit and credit cards, net banking as well as UPI Paymenst for your convenience.
